Who we are
A specialty contractor built around commercial work.
Strong Foam Insulation installs spray foam insulation, fireproofing and fire protection, air and water barrier systems for general contractors, developers and building owners.
We run our own fleet of trucks, spray rigs and equipment, so crews arrive ready to work on projects of any size.
Our mission is to provide knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional service while developing long-term client relationships.
Our story
Founded in 2018.
Mike Correia founded Strong Foam in 2018. Since then it has grown into one of the largest ICI building envelope and fireproofing specialists in Ontario.

How we work
Read the assembly
Drawings, specifications, elevations and fire design give estimating the full picture before we price.
Confirm the system
Materials, substrates, ratings and transitions are checked against the specified assembly.
Plan the field
Access, sequencing, protection and schedule constraints are set before mobilization.
Install and document
Our crews install the scope and record thickness, inspections and sign-offs as they go.

The team
David Kurylo
Operations Manager
David joined Strong Foam in 2022 and moved up to Operations Manager faster than closed-cell foam expands. He keeps crews, equipment and schedules lined up so the work gets done right the first time. He still answers his phone.
David understood founder Mike Correia's vision early and turned it into day-to-day operations. He built the systems, crews, fleet and scheduling that let Strong Foam take on bigger ICI work, and he has helped drive the company's growth since he joined in 2022.
